1. Acceptance
By using UNUTMA ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Use of the Service
UNUTMA is a personal productivity app for organizing routines, reminders, lists, notes, and secure data. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
3. Premium and subscriptions
UNUTMA offers optional Premium features through in-app purchases.
In-app trial: New users may receive a 7-day in-app trial with full Premium access at no charge. This trial does not create a store subscription.
Subscriptions: Monthly and yearly Premium are auto-renewing subscriptions billed through Apple or Google. When a free trial is offered, it is shown on the paywall and in the store checkout. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends in App Store → Subscriptions or Google Play → Subscriptions, you will be charged automatically when the trial ends and on each renewal period.
Lifetime: The lifetime plan is a one-time purchase without recurring charges.
Cancellation and refunds: Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple or Google account. Refunds follow Apple or Google policies. Prices vary by region; the price shown at purchase applies.
4. Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or security. Use at your own risk.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
6. Intellectual Property

7. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Turkey.
